The position As Quality Partner, your role is of vital importance in our highly regulated medical industry. You will be focussing on ensuring an excellent quality and compliance level, as well as making sure that quality system and processes meet the requirements from both Novo Nordisk and the authorities. Some of your other responsibilities include:
  • Following up on quality targets, implementing new regulatory requirements, and optimising current procedures in close collaboration with our Quality Assurance (QA) department
  • Being process-responsible for the quality process
  • Training colleagues across the organisation
  • Driving quality projects across the organisation, such as instant release.
  • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, engineering or any other relevant field
  • Have previous experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulated industry and a quality mindset
  • Be able to create changes, set direction and independently drive the cross-functional work within quality
  • Showcase fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
  • As a person, you pay attention to details and enjoy working with legislation. You have a structured approach and a flair for IT-systems. Last but not least, you are self-driven but at the same time understand the importance of teamwork. In your daily work, you will work closely together with different stakeholders such as production engineers, specialists, supporters, and managers. This calls for your ability to communicate clearly and to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels. About the department You will be part of our Business Support department and have 10 close colleagues. The department is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in seven departments and with app. 470 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
