As an IT responsible, you will be responsible for the IT governance and IT compliance tasks in relation to a portfolio of GxP IT systems/computerized equipment. It will be your responsibility to systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, drive life cycle management, and run small projects that ensure that the IT systems lives up to internal and external requirements. Furthermore, you will:
  • Manage the expectations of stakeholders and users concerning IT governance, IT compliance and IT security in relation to the IT systems.
  • Ensure systematic review and reporting regarding LCM, Risk, Security Patching, User Review, ITPSE (IT Periodic System Evaluation) etc.
  • Manage the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders concerning the use and operation of the IT systems.
  • Provide guidance to ensure most appropriate levels of service levels are supplied to meet future business needs.
  • Participate as IT responsible in new projects.

You have a can-do attitude and manage to get the job done with the right sense of urgency, prioritization and communicating status and solutions accordingly – while supporting and keeping a touch of fun our day-to-day work environment. In addition, you have:
  • Bachelor’s or technical degree in IT, automation or similar fields or has had a similar position in the pharma or another regulated production environment.
  • 2 years of experience in field of IT system Management, IT compliance, IT security and IT risk assessment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Danish, both oral and written.
    • About the Department You will be part of the Manufacturing IT/OT team with 14 dedicated and skilled colleagues who are responsible for IT & automation within production equipment, utilities, and processes throughout the entire production site. We have key competencies within design, installation, validation, monitoring, and optimisation of technical equipment. Our team consists mainly of IT responsible and Automation engineers and technicians. The position is mainly on-site role, based in Hjørring. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk’s pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organized in seven departments and with app. 450 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
