The position As a Training Partner at [xxxxx], you will act as a sparring partner and support subject matter experts and department management in relation to training solutions for business issues, as well as to confirm, maintain, and improve the department’s Training for Competence (TfC) system. Other responsibilities will include:
  • Implement, and evaluate training content.
  • Update and optimise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) used by our operators and technicians.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops to secure input from subject matter experts and validate the instructions by end-users after implementation.
  • Deliver training acc. to Training Standards.
  • Support Continuous Improvement and Systematic Problem Solving.
    • Qualifications On a personal level, you are a proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments. With excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail, you build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams. Self-driven and proactive, you take initiative have a sharp eye for optimization and simplification, unafraid to ask critical questions. You are experienced in navigating complex situations involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring clarity and efficiency in your work. To be successful in this role, we believe you:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree within relevant field e.g.: learning science, communication, psychology, or human resources.
  • A background in production or training, with a strong interest in learning activities; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in working with learning, facilitation, and training activities.
  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish
  • Take responsibility for solving training issues and set direction for own work, with a strong Lean and quality mindset.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder management across various organizational levels, with a strong track record of close collaboration with the Shop Floor.
    • About the department As a Training Partner, you will be part of the Training & Development team consisting of 10 highly dedicated and skilled colleagues including other training partners and technical writers. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing which is overall responsible for the manufacturing of [xxxxx]'s pen needles. We are organised in seven departments and with app. 400 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
