Senior System Engineer
Can you picture yourself working within the field of renewable energy which is experiencing momentous global growth? Are you a great communicator who wants to help implement the System Engineering concept?
On behalf of our customer Ballard Power Systems A/S in Hobro, Randstad is looking for a Senior System Engineer.
You will work on site in Hobro where you will be part of the System Engineering department consisting of 5 employees. This is a young team which is given a high degree of freedom with responsibility and has the motto that it should be fun to go to work. One of the department's most important functions is to work with the Systems Engineering concept and ensure that this is implemented in the organization.
Additional specific tasks to be solved on an ongoing basis:
•Working with functions and integrations (ISO/IEC RDS81346)
• Implementing these in the “Master Matrix”
• Facilitating and guiding the other department based on the Systems Engineering concept and aspects
• Working with standards and directives as well as handling contact with authorities
• Understanding function diagrams and coordinating the correct efforts based on these
• Working with agile methods
You will step into the role of an architect rather than as a specialist as such. You must be able to see the bigger picture and guide your team in the right direction.
We expect you to have an educational background within the field of engineering and a wide technical expertise. It is an advantage if you have a background in HW + SW and Systems Engineering. You must also be a good communicator and facilitator and be able to contribute to setting the tone in the department. In addition, you have experience with or knowledge of the following:
• IEC81346 (INCOSE)
• Boundary chart, FMEAs and methodological approaches
• Interdisciplinary work, e.g. the role as a "System Engineer" or as a Senior within the engineering world
