ALK is offering an exciting opportunity to work in the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) department with a lot of interdisciplinary collaboration both internally and externally. GRA consists of approximately 50 people and we are located in Hørsholm.
The position
As a Graphical designer in Global Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for the preparation of new and update of existing artwork for all authorised products in ALK. You will work closely together with top motivated employees in this function as well as across the organisation. You will report to the manager of a team consisting of 11 people, including the manager of the team.

What you bring
We expect you to have an education as a Graphical designer combined with a few years of relevant work experience from a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry. You should possess a great eye for and understanding of design, type and layouts. Furthermore, if you have knowledge and understanding of the packaging artwork processes and the artwork systems we use in ALK - QuarkXPress and InDesign, it will be an advantage.
In order to be successful in this role, we seek a person who is naturally pragmatic and who sees solutions instead of problems. You should have an organized and structured approach in your daily work and demonstrate high-level attention to detail. You are proactive, service-minded and a profound team-player and you enjoy being part of a busy environment with a lot of tasks ongoing. Furthermore, you possess strong communication skills, and you master English at a high professional level.

As a Graphical designer in Global Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for the preparation of new and update of existing artwork for all authorised products in ALK. Furthermore, you will be involved in:
- Preparation of new and update of existing mock-ups e.g. package leaflets, cartons and labels
- Examining artwork on a technical level and working across multiple artwork requests simultaneously and meticulously.
- Collaboration with Regulatory Affairs Professionals in GRA for regulatory submissions for new Marketing Authorisation Applications as well as life cycle management activities for ALK products in different regions, e.g. Europe, US, and South East Asia.
- Collaboration with other functional areas in ALK, especially with the packaging site situated in Madrid, Spain.
- Writing and maintaining work instructions within own area.
