ALK is looking for a Senior Manager to take on the leadership of our Shared Services function in Denmark and manage a passionate team situated in Hørsholm. You will be part of a global allergy solutions company, with a wide range of allergy treatments, products, and services and be key in ensuring that Shared Services at our Headquarters (HQ) in Hørsholm supports the Danish organisation with well-functioning canteen and reception services in addition to delivering timely and proactive facility management. The position
Drive Shared Services excellence, lead exciting projects and ensure great collaboration
As Senior Manager, you will set the direction of Shared Services in Hørsholm, continuously develop leaders and employees, and ensure operational excellence in the delivery of Facility Management, Reception and Canteen Services. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President for Product Supply Site DK, become part of the Product Supply DK leadership team and interact with key stakeholders across different functions at all levels of the organisation. Furthermore, you will manage a range of key projects within Shared Services as well as contribute on projects related to the area.
Your tasks will among others include:
Your qualifications
Experienced leader with a structured, results-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills
To succeed in this position, you are able to demonstrate previous leadership experience from managing a team, responsible for Shared Services and/or Facility Management or similar. We expect you to have experience with project management as well as the ability to juggle several strategic and operational activities simultaneously. Furthermore, you hold a degree in engineering, business administration or a similar relevant education. You also have experience from setting up and working with performance management and KPIs, in addition to ensuring structure and follow-up.
On a personal level, you have good coaching skills and are able to set the direction for leaders and employees in your area. With your great collaboration skills, you develop and encourage leaders and employees with ease and take a structured approach, prioritising to follow-through on activities. Due to your strong stakeholder management skills, you manoeuvre effortless at all organisational levels.

- Provide well-functioning canteen and reception services for all employees and guests.
- Secure timely and proactive facility management, covering all office areas, buildings, and exterior areas.
- Ensure and maintain security and access control systems.
- Coach and develop leaders and employees and promote a good working environment.
- Develop the area in accordance with ALK’s vision, strategy, and cultural beliefs where quality mind-set and manufacturing excellence is embedded in the culture.
- Drive operational excellence by delivering process improvements that improve service, reduce cost and working capital.
- Be responsible for Environment, Health, and Safety within Shared Services.
- Be Project Manager on the strategic masterplan for the HQ & Production site development in Hørsholm as well as manage various exciting and innovative projects within Shared Services.
- Coordinate and align project activities across functions in close collaboration with stakeholders.
