On behalf of our client Creative Force, Randstad is looking for a Director of Technology who will have the overall strategic responsibility for driving IT operations and infrastructure for the whole organization.
Creative Force is a scale-up company who is embarking on a great growth journey. Creative Force is an industry-leading Content Studio Management software provider, working with some of the world's most recognizable brands. They enable studios to streamline their ways of working and empower them to work more effectively and efficiently.
As the new Technology Director at Creative Force, you will be responsible for creating good prerequisites, processes and infrastructure related to general IT and security. In addition, you will be the strategic lead when it comes to establishing new advancements in product infrastructure. You will have the full responsibility from strategic planning to the execution of the process.
Furthermore, you will manage the technical part of Creative Force’ compliance according to SOC 2 requirements.
You will have a close collaboration with the operational IT team located in Vietnam, and you will take part in building the team.
Furthermore, you will:
- Participate in meetings with customers regarding the IT architecture
- Run IT politics and compliance
- Run new initiatives within general IT in the organization

We are looking for a candidate with a degree within IT and several years’ experience managing and running the strategic responsibility for IT infrastructure and security.
You have a good understanding of network and internal IT operations from an international company. Furthermore, you have experience with the AWS platform and extensive knowledge of software and hardware architecture. It is considered an advantage if you have experience with SOC 2 compliance and ISO27001.
As a person, you are service-minded and outgoing. You can work independently but values working in a team.
