We are looking for a Strategy Analyst to play an important role in supporting the development of our strategy as well as overseeing strategic projects in close collaboration with the executive management team.

We set ambitious goals and incorporate sustainability into our entire value chain. We are looking for a Strategy Analyst, who will have a significant role in supporting us on this mission.
Your role
Your primary objectives will involve supporting the development and maintenance of our 5-year Strategy Plan in collaboration with the Strategy Director and Executive Management Team (EMT). You will also be supporting strategic projects, spanning across various markets and functions. In addition to the above, your role will also entail supporting M&A activities at group level and acting as a analytical support to the EMT on business plans and ad hoc analytical work in cooperation with the Strategy Director.

You bring a master’s degree in Economics, International Business, Finance or similar. You are in the early stages of your career, but exactly how much experience you bring is not the most important aspect. The ideal candidate is one who has an analytical mindset, and who enjoys working with strategy in an international market leading organisation.
You are motivated by driving process and projects and by nature curious about seeking new knowledge within your areas of expertise. You are flexible and have a positive mindset and you value working in a dynamic environment. You have great communication skills and you are able to translate theory to practice and actions. Above all, you possess an analytical mindset and thrive in solving issues with your logical approach.

Your role

Your primary tasks will be:
- Support the development of our 5-year Strategy Plan in cooperation with Strategy Director and the Executive Management Team (EMT).
- Run quarterly strategic review cadence with EMT i.e. prepare material and run sessions in collaboration with Strategy Director
- Support larger strategic projects across markets and function
- Support Due Diligence work in M&A with main focus on Business Plan formulation (key focus and secondarily, support on Commercial, Financial, and Operational Due Diligence
- Responsible for board material preparation in cooperation with CEO Office
- Support Group CEO with ad hoc analysis and presentations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Able to interact with many different stakeholders across different functions and countries
- You have a strong business acumen and demonstrate good understanding of customers’ needs
- Ability to work independently with several workstreams simultaneously and have a high degree of accountability
- A natural ability to deliver high quality work and meet deadlines
