We are seeking a motivated and experienced Program Director to help guide the rollout of our ERP software across multiple production plants internationally over a span of 3 years. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a natural flair for project management.

Your role

- Leading the implementation of Infor M3 cloud-based ERP software in multiple international locations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between our company and our software implementation partners.
- Preparing engaging presentations that update the board of directors and senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Mentoring and guiding a cross-functional team to foster a collaborative and thriving work culture.
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate who brings a passion for growth and development. Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience with ERP software rollouts, especially with Infor M3, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills that help you build positive relationships with stakeholders and present confidently to senior management.
- A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving
