Focus on both administrative and operational responsibility
As Supervisor in our Operations, you will participate in all stages of the projects whether we are talking service orders and new builds. For service orders we expect you to work independently and take responsibility for the administrative tasks as well as management of the site work. Your primary tasks will consist of:
Your daily work will be at building sites primarily in Europe, which requires flexibility and approx. 200 travel days per year. You will report into one of our offices in Denmark, Sweden or UK.
Expand your international network
It is a challenging role where you play a pivotal part in the success of our service orders. We expect you to be able to manage several tasks simultaneously and manage up to 20 of our own blue collar crew members as well as suppliers. You will be the contact person for many stakeholders both internally and externally providing you the opportunity to impact your own role and expand your network.
Work in an International Set-up
Babcock & Wilcox Renewable Service is part of a global setup where we do service on power plants, industrial plants etc. across the world. Currently the business is focused on the Scandinavian and UK markets, but we are committed to expanding to a larger global scope.
The Operations department currently consists of a planning team of four employees, whose main task is to deploy our 50 blue collars and supplement with blue collars from contractors in Denmark, Poland, Portugal etc. Furthermore, we have 14 Supervisors, mainly from Denmark, but deployed to service projects, licensing projects and new build projects worldwide.

- ensuring HSE compliance
- coordination with internal and external suppliers
- updating documentation for welding and fitting work carried out

Experienced leader with practical knowledge and technical background
- You have a practical background such as welder, plater, fitter or similar. Preferably extended into a technician or engineer role and any experience working with boilers or energy, is a definite advantage
- Minimum 5 years practical experience and preferably 3-5 years supervisory experience
- You are IT sufficient and comfortable with electronic documentation etc.
- Strong English skills both written and verbal. Any additional European languages will be an advantage.
- You are strong in handling administrative tasks – especially documentation of service task (welding codes etc)
