Are you experienced within the field of administrative processes working with different detail oriented and recurring procedures and services in our internal Contract & QA Department? We are looking for a new Swedish speaking colleague to become a part of our team based in Hvidovre, located not more than 12 minutes from Öresund Bridge.

The primary purpose of our Contract and QA Department is to manage everything contractual regarding the clients and the consultants in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands and Germany. The Department also assists the Account Managers and Finance Department in different administrative tasks, as well as making sure that all consultants report in a timely manner aligning to the setup of our clients.
Furthermore it is of high importance that the Contract Department maintain a close and continuous contact with the consultants and clients of ProData Consult, to ensure that our systems are always updated and current, and in turn the contracts and invoices as well.
The Contract Department also handles ProData Consult’s Quality Assurance effort, sending and receiving more than 2500 evaluation questionnaires yearly from our clients, evaluating the efforts of our consultants. This helps drive our constant goal to heighten the quality of our services.

You will work closely with 3 other colleagues in our Contract Management Department but have daily contact (and fun) with more than 50 others at our location in HQ, Hvidovre. Outside the HQ offices you will be supporting more than 25 other colleagues in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, The Netherlands and Germany, as well as being in close contact with our entire nearshore team in Poland. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Contracts & QA.
It is important that you thrive taking full responsibility for your tasks and that you are proactive in seeking information and understanding of the business. In the Contract Management department however, we are very good at helping and supporting each other and sharing knowledge. You will contribute to continuously improve the efficiency and compliance level of our processes, ensuring that we are set for the future. You will play a significant role in supporting Account Managers as a specialist.

We prefer that you
- have at least 1-2 years of experience in working with details in written material, documents and databases.
- have a natural flair for and are motivated by working with people services and have a good understanding of the importance of being a support function to others.
- have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and are result oriented. In addition, you must be ambitious and like to be challenged.
- have a strong sense of discipline, know how to structure your way of working and work well under pressure.
- have experience in working with Microsoft Office.
- have native communication skills in Swedish as well as professional communication skills in English.
- have an outgoing and service minded personality with strong communication skills.
- are flexible and know how to prioritize your tasks.
