The job
As a student assistant, you will be involved in several of our daily tasks within the Global Legal, Compliance and Insurance team and you will have different assignments with lots of responsibility and high expectations, but with room for immersion and learn to use legal in a commercial and international company. Conduct legal research and proceedings. Prepare memorandums on specific legal task. Independently process insurance claims from beginning to end. Prepare course and teaching material. Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements. Other ad hoc assignments. You will have a wide range of contact throughout the organization and co-operate closely with colleagues both in the Sales and Operations Departments in Denmark and abroad.
This job will afford you a unique opportunity to get insight in a global organization’s daily work. You will have the opportunity to combine theoretical aspects of your studies with practical experience.
The expected working hours will be approx. 15 hours per week, split on two days, depending on the time of the year. Naturally, we will be flexible in relation to your studies and exams.
You will report directly to the Global General Counsel and your place of work will either be in our office in Aarhus or Hvidovre subject to your location.
