The team you will be joining is well-functioning and cooperation and professional sparring is a priority for everyone. Besides owning and maintaining Global operational SOPs and IOPs for management of shipments, among others your tasks will include:Is it in your DNA to always provide that little extra and do you want to become part of a global group that has shown good success on the international stage in transport and logistics solutions? We are looking for a new dedicated colleague to join our Program Management Team at our Headquarter in Hvidovre.What can you expect?Defining, agreeing, producing and reviewing operational performance measures and structure with the customer. Conducting book-of-business review including detailed rate/cost analysis to help illustrate costs and drive profitability of the account’s development. Leading KPI management through periodic performance review meetings (QBRs’) with internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring service delivery against contractual framework and requirement. Defining, agreeing, producing and reviewing operational performance measures and structure with the customer.Conducting book-of-business review including detailed rate/cost analysis to help illustrate costs and drive profitability of the account’s development.Leading KPI management through periodic performance review meetings (QBRs’) with internal and external stakeholders.Monitoring service delivery against contractual framework and requirement.
What do we expect?

You must understand the importance of complying with our company mentality, procedures, rules and regulations and you can fulfill the below mentioned requirements where you:What do we expect?Have 4-7 years freight forwarding and 3PL Logistics experience including specific expertise within the Ocean & Air segment for Global accounts. Have a data-driven approach, quantitative techniques and thorough analytics to drive decision-making. Are experienced on Project Management by being able to successfully execute and lead large and complex projects and/or initiatives for the customer. Hold strong business analytical skills incl. ability to perform in-depth analysis. Keep the end objective always in sight and can focus on actions and execute accordingly. Can work with multiple stakeholders across a matrix organization at all levels incl. C-level. High level of self-drive and continuously raising the ambition for own team and throughout the organization. Are disciplined and have a strong ownership of own area anchored in a problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude.
