Are you passionate about creating value for managers? Then we have an exciting job opportunity for you. nne is looking for a service-minded, proactive and reliable Management Assistant to join our Management Support department.

We offer you the opportunity to work in the leading pharma engineering company in Denmark where you will be challenged professionally and even more importantly you will have a dynamic interaction with all our great colleagues and managers every day.

You will be part of a dedicated team where you will collaborate closely with our Vice Presidents (VP) and Directors as well as the management teams. You will ensure that the managers use their time efficiently and focus on overall priorities and business processes.

You will ensure that the managers use their time efficiently and focus on overall priorities and business processes.

Main tasks & responsibilities
As a Management Assistant you know what it takes to successfully communicate, plan, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. Main tasks are:

- Providing daily support to the managers in terms of administrative tasks e.g. budget activities, calendar management, mail correspondence, HR related tasks, workshops and system approvals etc.
- Preparation and participation in management meetings as well as follow up on agenda, presentations, minutes of meeting and actions.
- Be responsible for coordinating activities and events within the VP/Director area and ensure that all administrative activities are maintained within deadline.
- Coordinating and supporting internal communication between managers and department employees etc.

Required Qualifications: Your profile
You like to work in a busy and dynamic work environment, and with your reliable nature you thrive in having a broad contact surface where you can make a positive difference. Your ability to prioritize and act with foresight is a given, and you can coordinate and communicate internally as well as externally in a professional and efficient way.
You are structured as well as detail- and result-oriented, ensuring that deadlines are met. You are trustworthy and handle tasks with discretion and loyalty. You are a quick learner and can act fast and solve sudden issues with a positive and can-do attitude.

Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience from a similar position.
- Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
- Familiar with the MS Office package and curios about getting to know other systems and tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Excellent sense of priority.
- Experience working with numbers and financial figures is considered an advantage.
