About the job
As a Project Manager, you will have the possibility to join us from the very beginning, since we are building a new manufacturing site, and you can make the most of your talent. You will join our team, who is working both in Copenhagen and Kalundborg.
The project you will be working on is of high strategic importance to Novo Nordisk and will have high visibility and support from Senior Management. You will be part of the core IT and Automation group in the project which also consists of architects and senior project managers. In the core group we will have to manoeuvre between traditional waterfall project methods and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will work closely together with the different agile delivery teams across the organization and our external partners.
As a Project Manager, you will be given plenty of responsibility:

This position gives you the chance to delve deeply into systems and topics related to IT to increase your technical expertise and comprehension. About the department
You will be working in Manufacturing IT, which is part of our global IT organisation, and you will also be an integrated part of the expansion project organisation which is being established in the coming months.
You will get the opportunity to join an international, high performing team. We are supporting IT used in production and we take responsibility for new IT investment projects with the focus of harmonising and standardising IT systems across our manufacturing areas

- Supporting and driving collaboration within the team and with other areas in Global IT
- Managing follow up on costs and budgets, create presentation materials, and reporting
- Supporting Vice President Project and the core group to manage scope, plan, costs and project risks and secure excellent end user experience.

This position gives you the chance to delve deeply into systems and topics related to IT to increase your technical expertise and comprehension. Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally.
The ideal candidate will have following skills & experiences:
- MSC or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and/or project related work.
- Interest in IT and digital trends and willingness to share your knowledge with the team
- You are trained in basic project management and preferred Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in Danish and/or English.
On a personal level you have a natural ability to engage with people and you can handle several tasks at the same time while keeping an ongoing focus on learning and delivering strong results. You are structured, open, and flexible to handle new tasks.
