The position
As a junior project planner, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Planners to develop a project status update and to support a compliant project schedule for a multidisciplinary construction project in Kalundborg. This will be done together with the respective project discipline leads and in line with the master schedule, maintained by our engineering partner.

Also – as a planner you will react with a “big picture” thinking. You will facilitate schedule status updates of the overall progress in the project through communication with Project Managers and discipline leads and report to the Project Director.
The activities will be carried out at our site in Kalundborg, home of Novo Nordisk Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing. We offer flexibility to work from home or from another office some days of the week.

The position
As a junior project planner, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Planners to develop a project status update and to support a compliant project schedule for a multidisciplinary construction project in Kalundborg. This will be done together with the respective project discipline leads and in line with the master schedule, maintained by our engineering partner.
You can look forward to:
- integrating into project teams and liaising with designers and external planning consultants
- supporting the end-to-end schedules development from design to commissioning and qualification
- presenting schedule updates regularly to Project Managers and Senior Planners, communicating progress, changes to critical path/key milestones and highlighting any potential issues.
- working with Critical Path analysis and identifying project risks in close cooperation with the risk manager.
Also – as a planner you will react with a “big picture” thinking. You will facilitate schedule status updates of the overall progress in the project through communication with Project Managers and discipline leads and report to the Project Director.
The activities will be carried out at our site in Kalundborg, home of Novo Nordisk Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing. We offer flexibility to work from home or from another office some days of the week.
Qualifications
To be successful in this job, we imagine that you have:
- A general understanding and ideally some experience with construction projects
- An understanding of planning & scheduling techniques
- Experience with planning software (Primavera P6 preferable or MS Project)
- An academic degree (at least a bachelor)
- English proficiency (verbal and written).
