You can look forward to a job where your creativity, out-of-the-box thinking skills, high degree of engagement, and ability to deal with high complexity will be used to drive important changes. You will achieve success in the job through collaboration with many stakeholders, sharing your professional input, and helping your colleagues build simple solutions that meet the expectations of the regulations within ATEX and CE marking. Qualifications
You may come with several years of relevant experience or be freshly graduated with specialization in the field of chemical risk and safety. We can tailor the job and the level of responsibility to your previous experience.
We imagine that you have: • An academic background as a chemist, chemical engineer, marine engineer or similar, with good knowledge of chemistry.
• Some years of relevant professional experience after graduation, or specialisation within chemical safety in your study projects.
• Curiosity about standards for equipment, buildings, processes, IT and production, experience with them or motivation for a steep learning curve if you have not worked with this before – of course with all the needed support from colleagues and management.
• Fluency in English. Danish skills on a communicative level are required, as well. It will also be an advantage if you already have knowledge of production, changes in production facilities within the framework of ATEX, and machine safety.
On the personal level, we imagine that you are proactive, goal-oriented and keep your professional curiosity. Readiness for changes and the ability to see opportunities rather than limitations will be crucial; in particular, your ability to think about theory and practical solutions together in logical processes. About the department You will be employed in IM1 Projects, which is responsible for the investment portfolio as well as the execution of projects in our production facility. The department is organized in a matrix with approx. 170 colleagues who work together to execute the portfolio, which consists of many projects in different phases. You will have about 25 close colleagues in the Projects team.
