The job
You will have the opportunity to join a fairly new team on a journey of establishing ourselves and with great potential to make a difference in the laboratories. This is an exciting time to join our team with the ability to grow, set direction and align strategy.
As a Project Manager you will support, scope and identify elimination potentials and facilitate local clean up strategies. Next step would be supporting projects and building our standardized fundament.
Specific tasks
• Defining scope for our future QC
• Support process owners and facilitate local clean up strategy
• Support standardization and digital fundament
• Driving project execution of either automation or digital project
• Implementation in the global network of scalable projects that have shown value for the business.
Qualifications
• M.Sc. within Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or similar and experience with Project Management on a large scale
• Laboratory experience and understanding of QC processes
• Experience within the pharmaceutical/GMP environment or another highly regulated environment
• cLEAN competencies (VSM)
• Fluent in English – written and verbal

The area
In PS API laboratories we are 340 colleagues, allocated in four different departments, responsible for performing all QC analysis across API DK as well as supporting manufacturing development. Our mission is to reduce manual work and increase the stability and efficiency of the laboratory processes and in long term basis transform our laboratories into a more automated and connected laboratories.
You will be a part of a brand-new group responsible for setting the direction and supporting digitalisation and automation strategy in PS API laboratories. You will be responsible for supporting our labs towards industry 4.0 technology and standards. Aside from the team you will work closely together with colleagues across the four laboratory departments, local API project coordinators and colleagues driving various innovation projects across Novo Nordisk.
