As our new Digital Communication and Transformation strategist you are a proactive team player that naturally builds relations with colleagues and stakeholders in the organization. You can communicate complex technical matters to a variety of stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise. You are motivated to manage communication, driving change, and having an impact.

Our new Digitalization and Innovation team of data scientists and engineers is dedicated to improving and visualize production data across our production and drive Industry 4.0 solution from idea to implementation. You will join a growing, divers, and inclusive team working with the most awesome projects from our production complex. The team is part of the Business Support department from BRD FP KA Kalundborg.

The position
As our new Digital Communication and Transformation strategist you are a proactive team player that naturally builds relations with colleagues and stakeholders in the organization. You can communicate complex technical matters to a variety of stakeholders with different levels of technical expertise. You are motivated to manage communication, driving change, and having an impact.
Your main responsibilities will include also:
- SharePoint site design and maintenance – at the team / department/ site level
- Create events/ workshops/ campaigns/ communication actions for supporting our digitalization endeavours
- Digital communication materials for team/department
- Support CVP communication with digital expertise (digital tools, video editing etc )
- Promoting the teams’ projects and create and support awareness
- Mapping of current digital landscape
- Build a digital transformation strategy with other stakeholders
- Help creating and sustaining an innovative culture
- Collaborate with teams in other site offices
Qualifications
- You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree, within the field of organisational change, learning, digital transformation, psychology, marketing or similar.
- Experience within digital communication, branding, digital transformation
- Experience with presenting/facilitating events.
- The ability to manage different stakeholders.
- The ability to drive solutions from idea to implementation and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Actively participating in idea/brainstorming sessions to form the way we work with learning, people, and strengthen the digital culture on our site
- Full professional proficiency in English
