Are you passionate about people, processes, and projects? Then you might be the new Novo Nordisk HR Business Partner in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
The position
As a trusted advisor for the local management team you will be dedicated to support our biggest investment project. You will help to develop the organisation to meet future needs, set the direction within HR related topics and be a key player in developing and supporting senior management teams to succeed. Your main responsibilities will be within: Maintaining and further development of robust HR processes for a fairly new business unit Recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding and retention strategy Contributing to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives based on analysed data Culture- and teambuilding In addition to this you will be executing the central yearly HR processes, Bonus & Salary, Talent management and Employee Engagement. You will also be supporting and driving the strategic and operational discussions in the management teams in regard to leadership, organisational design, governance, performance culture and sustainable wellbeing. Your main stakeholders will be our Project Corporate Vice President and Project Directors and you are a natural part of the management group. The position will be linking you to a wide range of stakeholders across locations and levels within API, which requires you to be working out of both Kalundborg and Copenhagen, depending on where it is most needed.
Qualifications
As a Business Partner with several years of experience, you have excellent stakeholder, project- and implementation skills. We imagine that you have a degree within HR, Psychology or Business Management, but you might also be from a completely different field or a former Manager moving into the HR agenda. Having excellent people and leadership skills is a requirement. Further, others will say you are: Self-motivated with high energy and a solution-driven attitude Creating trust while motivating collaboration on all levels of an organisation Someone who can set directions and make things happen, but also know when to look for alternatives in an ever-changing environment with sharp deadlines Solving analytical challenges and finding insights in data with a structured approach A great colleague that proactively seeks to contribute Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Danish skills – or willingness to learn – will be considered a plus. Experience from pharma and/or larger organisations is preferred. About the department
