The Position As an IT Implementation Manager, you drive the implementation, perform the operation and maintenance of the PAT (IT systems). We will provide you with the necessary training to become proficient in the implement/manage IT for our PAT system. As an IT Implementation Manager you will also:
  • Implement changes to ensure effective operations and continuous compliance with authority expectations, IT-security requirements, GAMP5, GMP etc.
  • Be responsible for incident management and systematic problem solving in an ITIL-framework
  • Work on quality activities, such as risk assessments and identify improvements and optimize processes by using cLEAN tool
  • Communicate and collaborate with external key stakeholders including follow-up on vendor deliverables and services according to agreements.
    • About the department You will join the IT/Automation team in the Business Support department, PPV purification project in Kalundborg, Denmark. We support the plant with Environment, training and document handling, Supply chain, Finance, Project office and IT. The IT/Automation team consists, today, of 21 employees who will implement, run, and maintain the production IT systems. The production IT systems consist of a PCS system (800XA) and a MES/MOM system (PAS|X) as well as several PLC systems, among others, such as PAT. We will once the plant is operational also maintain our IT platform for our automation systems. The team is organised by subjects: System management, IT support, PLC support and automation support, which performs the daily support and maintenance tasks related to the IT systems. Qualifications We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:
  • You hold a relevant academic degree with strong experience from computer validation, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry or other GxP compliant industry
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in area of IT implementation
  • You have knowledge of Service Now, IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM) or IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • You understand how to convey complex information to varying audiences and thereby ensuring stakeholder buy-in is relevant to this role.
  • You are fully proficient in English. Danish is a big plus.
    • As a person you have a structured approach to challenges, you have a strong quality mind-set, and you enjoy providing support within your area of expertise. It is natural for you to take lead on key improvement activities, as well as presentation and reporting the progress to management, with attention to detail but managing to keep the bigger picture in mind.
