Then you might be our new Associate Manager for our Editor and document support team in Novo Nordisk Insulin Product Supply in Kalundborg, Denmark. The position In this role, you will lead the team responsible for supporting the processes around our GMP documentation across the organisation. You will be responsible for planning, staffing, and executing activities while heading up a team of experienced and dedicated employees. As an Associate Manager, you will set the direction and develop your team. In addition, you will work closely together with your stakeholders to ensure progress and results. You can look forward to heading up a team that: Supports and ensures that our document control process is followed when writing, updating, and archiving documents.
Ensures the structure, relevance and readability of our procedures and instructions.
Closely collaborates with our training support team when linking our documents to our training setup.
Is responsible for our GMP archive.
Roll-out and implementation of different initiatives and small-scale projects.
You will bring your perspective and a general overview from shop floor to director level, with an open and proactive leadership approach. This to support our operations in the best way. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have: An academic background or experience from operations in a global industry regulated by the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Some management experience or leadership potential.
Good in stakeholder management skills and natural ability to talk to employees at all levels.
Fluency in written and spoken English; Danish language skills on a communicative level or willingness to learn it would be advantageous.
About the department Insulin Manufacturing II (IM2) Business Support Department has around 100 specialised employees, who work in close collaboration across teams, including Associate Managers, specialists within IT, training, planning, purchase, finance, and our cLean & quality coordinator.
