The position
As Project Director you will be key in setting and rolling out the direction for your projects regarding the implementation of new production lines for production within IFP Kalundborg. The projects include building extension, implementation of new production lines and water & wash equipment, material handling upgrade and high level of digitalization. You will be utilizing your expertise to help define valid measurement systems to assess goal fulfillment whilst ensuring that they are accepted and available for all stakeholders. Because we are in this together. The new lines are aimed to deliver to the market within the coming years.
Your responsibilities include:
• Ensuring that goals and success criteria for the project are accurately described.
• Being involved in creating project plans with appropriate levels of detail and submitting these plans for managerial approval.
• Setting the project organization to execute the projects and ensure a well-balanced handover process between project and operation.
• Setting the tone when it comes to feedback procedures, meeting structure and the routines of co-creating.
• Providing timely and relevant updates on project status for all key stakeholders, reporting and adjusting for any deviations from your plans as you advance the projects.

The position reports to the overall Senior Project Director.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that your experiences include: • A proven track record as a senior project or program manager with a high level of business understanding
• Experience with handling highly complex projects with strategic impact
• Established change management skills with experience in using agile project tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven record of collaborating with stakeholders on all levels
• You have worked in a regulated and/or automated production environment
• You have an academic degree On a personal level, you have an innovative mindset, personal drive and enjoy working in a dynamic and changing environment where teamwork is on top of the agenda. You can work independently and cross-functionally to provide direction and deliver planning and coordinating project activities whilst in a workshop facilitator role. For this position, you are required to be fully proficient in both written and spoken English.
About the department
You will be a part of IFP with approximately 7.000 employees across 7 production sites in 5 countries. We are the last step in the supply chain before our products are being shipped to patients worldwide. In IFP Kalundborg, we are approximately 300 employees responsible for packing the diabetes products on our fully automated production lines.
