Apply today! The position As Process Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the API strategic program of Future Operations development. The main focus is mass balance reconciliation, process modelling, process descriptive and analytical solutions to meet quality, cost, schedule, and performance goals for the department. Your tasks will include: Providing technical expertise and guidance for the implementation of Mass Balance Reconciliation models, process analytics (i.e. Alteryx/Tableau), and data management platform solutions. In collaboration with your colleagues, analyse problems and identify potential improvements i.e. use of data for effective business decisions. Taking the role of developer and tester of business and process analytical solutions. Work in close collaboration with Future Operations’ colleagues and Line of Business stakeholders Translate business needs into sustainable analytical solutions. Collect, aggregate, and process both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Perform validation and due diligence checks to assess data integrity. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: Master’s degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, Minimum 2 years’ experience with a proven record of participation in basic and detailed engineering projects in production and regulated industry. Working with process deliverables, preferably in large and international organizations. Experience identifying, assessing, and solving problems by applying analytical and mathematical skills. Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Business Intelligence applications (e.g.Tableau, Alteryx) and Relational Databases (Oracle or SQL Server). Additionally, programming skills are desired As a person, you excel in comprehending complex technical matters, forming educated opinions, and communicating effectively with stakeholders of varying technical expertise. You have the ability to simplify intricate concepts, ensuring clear and impactful communication. Your talent for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical individuals fosters collaboration and understanding within teams. About the department You will join a young, culturally diverse team of Process Bio-Chemical Engineers, Business Analysts, and Software and Data Engineers in pursuit of creating value, process transparency, and optimization.
