We are expanding to provide capacity for the production of Novo Nordisk’s current and future oral and injectable products by establishing new and ground-breaking biotech facility in Novo Nordisk Kalundborg. Now is your opportunity to join a newly established team, where you will be able to improve and exercise your technical and analytical skills. The Position As a Process Supporter you will responsible for fulfilling a high level of Quality within the technical area of Environmental Management (EM) inside the many rooms of our facility where the core production is taking place. It is about handling data, trends and information where we monitor the microbiological levels of particles to ensure that our clean rooms are in the right conditions, so we protect the product that we produce from the particles in the air, environment and surroundings. This is done in close cooperation with the project team and project managers. Your main tasks will be to: Play a key role for our ability to be operational ready within EM
Ensure preparation and completion of various qualification tasks and
Build and implement our monitoring program.
Later when the project transfers from project to operations, you will work with periodic EM systems reviews, change requests, standard operating procedures and protocols to support future improvement projects. On top of that you can support within environmental monitoring in general and conduct data clarifications and root cause analysis. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A bachelor or master’s degree in Natural Sciences, engineering or similar
GMP experience
Knowledge in microbiology would be an advantage
Strong communication skills both Danish and English.
Your personal qualities define you as structured, self-starting and capable of finalising tasks with a high level of quality mind set. In your daily challenges you have the personal skills of understanding complex systems, subsequently define necessary arrangements and set direction with the right level of GMP focus. In addition, you have the ability of understanding requirements for working with classified room areas or HVAC systems. Last but not least, you have proficiency in writing various documents related to quality activities within the area of responsibility of the team. In this new team, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues with backgrounds within chemistry, engineering, project management, automation and facility planning.
