The position As our new CVP Training Partner, you will be responsible for administration of MDev training as well as the development of new training in close collaboration with our subject matter experts. You will also play a role in implementing training initiatives from PS API Training into MDev. • Ongoing development of training in MDev by facilitating current and future needs and embedding new tools and ways of working in our daily operations and systems. • Oversee training curriculum development, tool integration, internal training and platform-based onboarding for seamless capability transition. • Build understanding and engagement in MDev and ensuring they grasp learning objectives, needs, timelines, and impact. • Ensure that Academy events are planned and executed seamlessly in collaboration with our administrative support. • Take charge of daily training management, serving as the go-to person for all training-related aspects. Gather and analyze data to determine the most effective forms and applications of training. • Stay current on novel and innovative training methodologies within a global organizational context. Provide unwavering support and inspiration to subject matter experts in crafting both general and targeted training modules. Additionally, you are responsible for setting the direction for training in Mdev in close collaboration with leaders and training coordinators across MDev. The position demands a high degree of personal integrity, and an in-depth understanding of digital tools and IT in general, and we expect that you have the ability to structure and handle complex tasks independently and proactively. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A Master of Science in a relevant field is essential. Experience with various training formats is necessary. A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in training is required, preferably in a global role. Experience in manufacturing and manufacturing development. Strong skills in project management and change management. Profound communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities, are vital. As a person, you are self-driven, proactive and understands different stakeholders and their need for information. You have excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of cross-cultural impact. We expect you to have a high degree of innovation and drive that ensures a successful development, implementation, and evaluation.
