If so, come and join us at Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Novo Nordisk Filling Line 11 Support based in Kalundborg! The position
You will be welcomed into BRD as part of our skilled support and expanding team working with all processes needed for aseptic production. This means you will get a unique chance to learn aseptic medicinal production from a holistic perspective.
As a Process Supporter in our filling team, your primary tasks will be to support the operators during/in production. You will be successful by being visible and having good relations with the production and by having a go-look-see approach in your support for the production. Tasks will include: Daily, visible proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence. Ensure that the department follows GMP and ISO9001. Ensure that batch documentation from fill follows the release flow and participate in the validation and planning of relevant documents. Write and update SOP’s. Support Batch review and continuous optimisation.
You will be participating in continuous improvements in production and managing systematic problem solving alongside a diverse team, who are also motivated by learning new things while having fun together! In BRD, we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products to people living with serious chronic diseases, but we also use our competencies in biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk. Qualifications
Your experience includes: You are a Pharmacist, Bio-engineer, Microbiologist, or other relevant education background. Knowledge of basic chemistry and process engineering. Knowledge or experience with aseptic production and behaviour is considered a strong advantage. You are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them. Proficiency in both English and Danish, written as well as spoken. As you will be collaborating with many people at all levels, you are able to bring your great communication skills to communicate complex issues in an easy and comprehensible way and create relationships cross functionally.
Furthermore, you are able to take responsibility and are systematic in your approach, knowing how to maintain an overview. You can see the organisation as a whole, willing to support when needed and adapt and perceive changes as new opportunities! About the department
You will become part of a department where we take pride in the quality of our work as well as our engaging and inclusive work culture. You will be a part of a filling department in one of our production facilities in Kalundborg, Denmark. The department consists of highly engaged employees divided into 8 different teams.
The factory works with the following processes: Washing and sterilization, preparation, aseptic filling, freeze drying, inspection and release of products.
The filling support team consists of 16 sharp minds with various educational backgrounds and fields of expertise. The team has a great focus on developing each other, where sparring and coordination provide the foundation for growth both for our processes and individually.
