Do you want to ensure the quality of Novo Nordisk’s Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) Production in Kalundborg as part of a highly skilled and engaged team? If yes, then you may be our new colleague in API QA Purification Plants (QA PP) in Kalundborg. The position As our new Quality Assurance (QA) Professional, you will have an important and broad contact with our production. The main responsibility in the role is to be on the forefront to set the right level of our quality standards and ensure that compliance always meet the internal and external requirements. We are divided into three teams, two of which handles quality assurance of production processes and one of cleaning processes. All teams perform a wide range of quality assurance activities, ranging from handling deviations, change requests and validation to quality support to optimization projects in the Purification Plants. We are offering an exciting and challenging job, where you will be a part of one of our QA process teams. With the experience you bring to our department you’ll have a key role in coaching your colleagues and setting direction when handling challenging cases. Qualifications We are looking for people with a strong business perspective and understanding of both the quality standards and the production business. The key requirements are: A Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering in food tech, Biology or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ experience from pharmaceutical industry working with deviations, change requests, annual product review and quality improvements If you already worked as QA or can fulfil the requirements to become a “Qualified Person” (QP), according to The Danish Medicines Agency certification, it will be an advantage Fluent in Danish and English Personal Skills Your drivers are a great personal commitment and accountability in every aspect of your work. You solve tasks in a systematic way with focus on sustainable solutions. You are able to demonstrate great communication and collaboration skills, which contributes to solving your tasks in a solution-oriented way while keeping a healthy working environment. It is important that you dare to make decisions - even the difficult ones. The department In QA PP we are 43 highly dedicated employees, divided into three teams. We are responsible for assuring the quality of the APIs manufactured in Purification Plants, Kalundborg. The department has a very good cooperation both internally and with the rest of API QA as well as with production and stakeholders. We have lots of positive attitude and we are strong in communication and collaboration. About Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg is a city within the city, situated only one hour’s drive from Copenhagen. The area covers 1.350.000 m2 with its own infrastructure. We are about 3000 employees distributed in 16 factories and we produce among other 50% of the Insulin (API) in the world.
