The position As Assembly and Pack Professional, you will be welcomed into the support team in Finished Production (FP) and will support the operation of packaging lines, washing processes, and optimize processes that ensure the validated condition of the equipment. You will be responsible for handling changes and solving problems efficiently whilst having a focus on Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and delivering high quality on time. The main tasks will be to: • oversee packaging lines, making sure they are optimised for quality output
• collaborate daily with operators, managers in production, logistics and QA
• maintain quality in compliance of requirements
• manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor deviations and handle customer complaints
• solve tasks with multiple stakeholders across the organisation Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
• a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Science, Biochemistry, Engineering or similar
• at least a year of experience working within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or other highly regulated / GMP industry
• previous experience working in FP is a plus
• knowledge of deviation reporting is a plus
• strong communication skills both in spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Danish is a plus As a person, you can make the necessary decisions to solve challenges with a sense of efficiency and quality. About the department You will become part of Novo Nordisk finished goods production, which counts around 8,000 employees across seven production sites and five countries. We are the last, but very important, link in the value chain before the finished products can be shipped to patients all over the world. In the finished goods production in Kalundborg, we are around 400 employees who are responsible for assembling and packing diabetes products on our fully automated production lines.
