The Position As a Senior IFP Professional, you will be welcomed into the supporting team in Finished Production (FP) and will assist with the operation of packaging lines and optimize processes that ensure the validated condition of the equipment. You will collaborate daily with operators, managers in production, logistics team members and QA team. Your success will be shown by focusing on the quality of the work you deliver, as well as lead time for implementing the optimization initiatives you work with. The main tasks will be to: work according to GMP regulations whilst keeping the high quality of the product
simplify procedures and processes
guide and direct colleagues in the team and keeping managers and stakeholders updated in challenging quality cases
work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and projects at the same time
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Science, Biochemistry, Engineering, or similar
at least 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
solid experience in GMP areas
experience from Finished Products is a plus
strong communication skills both in spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Danish is a plus

In the finished goods production in Kalundborg, we are around 400 employees who are responsible for assembling and packing diabetes products on our fully automated production lines.
