The position
As LEAN Partner, the position is divided into two key areas: support the local laboratory in BRDQC as a part of the local management team, identifying relevant projects and supporting LEAN tasks. The second focus of the position: the role of LEAN project manager driving strategic projects across the organisation.
We offer a position with a large variety of tasks and collaborating with many stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. This means that part of your work tasks will be out on the shopfloor in our laboratory area to locate optimisation options across the organisation.
Based on the business needs and strategic direction, you will: Support the process by identifying the most important projects and will be responsible for the implementation process in close cooperation with the management team. Coach employees and management members in how to practice the cLEAN (known internally) tools such as Systematic Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping and KATA. As the initiator of the BRDQC LEAN culture, we help to teach and disseminate various cLEAN tools and ways of thinking in Novo Nordisk's cLEAN Academy.
Qualifications Your experiences include: An academic degree in in relevant subject matters e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Business Management. A good insight into the LEAN toolbox and are competent in processing, understanding, and analysing data. Experience within Honshin Kanri is advantageous. A strong understanding of regulated production/laboratory processes. GMP knowledge is advantageous. Clear leadership and project management experience. Experience with Alteryx and Tableau is desirable. As a person, you have excellent communication skills which enable you to build effective working relationships and influence others and can work cross-functionally. With your drive and ability to independently set direction for an area, you act as a catalyst for change with strong skills in change management combined with strong strategic skills.

QC is the part of BRD, where we are responsible for supporting the production with chemical and microbiological analyses. In this way, we ensure that our life-saving medicine for people with serious chronic diseases always has the right, high quality. We are more than 350 colleagues located in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg. We drive improvements and innovation by, for example, working with Industry 4.0 to make the process faster and more seamless for the benefit of patients.
You will be part of a cross functional LEAN Team in BRDQC consist of 3 highly skilled cLEAN partners and data engineers. As a cLEAN Partner, you will help shape and implement our continued LEAN and digitalization journey. In addition, you will be a part of the BRD cLEAN community, connecting BRD cLEAN partners globally across BRD.
