Novo Nordisk has announced plans to invest more than DKK42 billion to expand existing manufacturing facilities in Kalundborg, to support the current and future company portfolio within serious chronic diseases. Do you want to be responsible for driving the design and construction of these new manufacturing facilities? The position As the new Associate Manager for Clean room, you will have the responsibility of leading approx. 10 Process engineers on daily basis. Your main tasks will be to: Develop and build up a motivated team. Ensure proactive dialogue and collaboration with the project managers and other stakeholders. Identify and execute on strategy for continuous improvement. Provide cross discipline alignment – since HVAC and Clean room depend on many other process disciplines. Secure the right structure on the training of the engineers. You will ensure that the engineers are guided through all relevant steps throughout the lifetime of the M3 project, consisting of training, engineering review tasks such as inspection and testing and validation planning and execution. You will have a close collaboration with various project managers across the M3 project consisting of 4 new green field factories. Qualifications To succeed in the role, you have: Preferably a degree from either an engineering or Microbiology background or similar. Experience from working with either HVAC or Environmental Monitoring (clean room) in a running pharmaceutical factory. Strong people management skills and 2 years of leadership experience (a plus). Fluency in English. You have a genuine interest in leading people and creating results through others. You also possess strong communication and collaboration skills and have a genuine interest for understanding human factors as well as an analytical and structured approach, with focus on the details. On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, can ride a storm off and are a strong motivator for others. You can provide coaching, support, and guidance to your employees, with a strong mind, and your integrity intact. You can seek and give feedback to foster growth.
