As a Finance Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will be tasked with securing monthly follow-up on budget and ensuring close dialogue with budget owners in IFP KA. You will work with various stakeholders and play a key role in continuously informing them to enable necessary actions, including project controlling of IFP KA Project Portfolio as well as report project status to the stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Finance partnering for all departments by supporting budget planning, tracking, and decision making
Preparing analysis, commentary and presentations for financial budget reviews and reports to management and other stakeholders
Participating, as key member, in cross-department projects and ad-hoc analysis tasks and project controlling
Aligning between various departments in Novo Nordisk in relation to projects
Moreover, you will be collaborating closely with another Finance Partner on various tasks to enhance collective efficiency and achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: BSc or MSc in Economics, Business Administration, or other similar field
1-3 years’ experience from finance department, preferred in a multinational company and/or top tier accounting firm
Experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or project controlling environment is an advantage, but not a requirement
High level of flexibility and adaptability combined with strong drive and direction setting in developing strategic business cases
Fluency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Danish will be an advantage

You are a skilled collaborator, adept at fostering positive working relationships and contributing to a harmonious team environment.

You will be a part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Kalundborg. We are approximately 400 employees responsible for assembling and packing products on our production lines, supporting patients with Diabetes and Obesity.
The IFP Kalundborg (IFP KA), Finance & Operational Strategy department is a cornerstone in IFP KA Business Support team. Our team currently consists of 16 members ranging from Finance, Local Flow Coordinators, Local Material Coordinator, Master Data Stewards, and Supply Chain Analysts who are highly experienced, motivated colleagues dedicated to contributing to the area and business, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine. We are a dedicated team and strive for continuous improvements.
