The position
As an Advanced Packaging Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will be part of a larger network of people and collaborate with different stakeholders at different levels across the organization. Your main responsibility will be to drive optimal performance of the filling equipment and define the strategy for reliable line setup.
Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring the stability of our production equipment
Implementing improvement initiatives
Developing the skilled workers and technicians’ knowledge
Systematic problem solving
Completing documentation utilizing a high level of detail
Moreover, you will join the journey of ensuring technical stability and world-class operational efficiency, increasing the capacity of our Oral Finished Production lines to support sites globally.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: Engineering Degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience participating in projects while collaborating with various stakeholders
Experience as an Engineer or Product Engineer
Background in GMP or other highly regulated environments, particularly with suppliers will be considered an advantage
Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be considered an advantage
As a person, you have a problem-solving approach and the drive to create new solutions for technical challenges. You have excellent communication skills that help you build relationships cross-functionally and globally. You also understand how mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning, and tolerances can influence the manufacturing process and have experience using this knowledge to improve performance.
