Then this is your opportunity to take your career to the next level as Associate Manager at our Novo Nordisk production site in Kalundborg called Biotech & Rare Disease Finish production (BRDFP). The position You will be Associate Manager of our packaging supporters managing around 14 dedicated employees. The main tasks will be to:
  • Drive support tasks, trouble shooting and development activities for the 3 packaging lines in the facility
  • Ensure optimal working conditions for your team members.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop the team and the department, setting an excellent example and guiding employees in the right direction.
  • Manage close relations to a variety of stakeholders.
    • You will be a part of the management team in the packaging department, where you are responsible for providing clear prioritization in close collaboration with your co-workers. You must support your employees in their daily efforts to solve tasks and challenges. In close collaboration with other departments and teams at our site, you will shape a working environment that creates job enthusiasm and matches the requests and capabilities of your team. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:
  • have at least 3 years of leadership experience
  • are confident in working with stakeholders at various levels within an organization
  • have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • are fluent in English and Danish
    • You should have a keen eye for process optimization and improving team working conditions, as well as the ability to adapt to change and motivate employees through transitions. A goal-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential, along with a genuine interest in your team's well-being. About the department You will be a part of the packaging department where we are just above 80 people. You will have a workday with a large degree of independence but at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organization. The team is part of BRDFPKA. At our site in Kalundborg, we are more than 700 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with GMP in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in the latest technology. Working at BRD, Novo Nordisk BRD is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products.
