This may be an ideal fit for you! About the position Your role will involve operating and maintaining IT systems used across API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) departments in Kalundborg. As a Compliance and Documentation Specialist you will: systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, drive life cycle management. run small projects, ensuring that our cross-site IT systems meet production and external requirements. As a team, we manage the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders concerning the use and operation of the IT systems. We also collaborate with vendors to ensure that deliverables and services are according to agreements. We encourage and support professional sparring and best practice exchanges with our internal network of IT system managers and our central IT organization. Qualifications To succeed in this position, we expect that you: Have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Science, or a similar field. Degree in History or Library Science would be an asset. Have relevant experience within IT system administration or a big interest in and a desire to learn about managing IT systems. Are curious about risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, periodic system evaluation. Have knowledge and experience in the life science industry would be an added advantage. Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges. You enjoy working with documentation and possess a quality mindset. You like to collaborate with stakeholders of different professions, and your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional. About the department You will be part of a team of 10 colleagues in the IT department which is a part of Business Support IT & Future Operation. API-IT has the responsibility for driving IT/OT security and compliance and cross-site IT applications.
