The position
Together with our Training Project Manager and Training Supporter you will ensure developing, improving and building our training set-up in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Quality Assurance (API QA). Through successful project execution, simplifying and optimising our current training set-up, you will support our business areas to ensure that our training set-up supports our organisation in the up manning of API QA.
The work you and your colleagues generate will not only help the business achieve its targets but will support our leaders in an easy training set-up that enables them to develop our employees and makes the employees competent to perform their job. Overall, you will be “One point of entry” on training related questions from API QA.
Depending on your background and previous experience your responsibility will also include - but is not limited - to:
• Responsible for simplifying and optimising API QA training set-up
• Manage and drive initiatives related to training development in API QA
• Set direction and be an influencer in the different training fora and the training organisation.
• Contribute to designing and develop high impact training solutions.
• Participate in different training projects across API QA
The position is based in Kalundborg, but you should expect to travel to the office in Bagsværd to interact with stakeholders approximately once a month.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate could be either experienced or newly educated, the most important is that you have a continuous improvement mindset. This is the right job for you if you are passionate, self-driven and thrive when making a meaningful impact.
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree within science or education related subjects.
• Have interest in workplace learning, training and/or learning & development.
• Have great stakeholder management skills.
• Preferably have knowledge in adult learning principles to create training solutions.
• Can communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
On a personal level, you are curious by nature and do not hesitate to reach out to others to get answers to your questions. You have a strong sense of ownership for your own area of responsibility which allows you to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others.
About the department
You will be a part of API QA Business Support which is a part of Novo Nordisk Quality. In our department we ensure support to API QA within our area of expertise and enable the organisation to meet our goals. The team you will be a part of provides support within Project Management, IT, Training, Finance and Data/Digitalization. We are a newly established team of 12 and still growing.
