The Position As a Process Supporter, you will be responsible for our production processes and to help the team prepare for a future with even more batches as we ramp up our production. The key tasks will be to ensure we fulfil current GMP requirements and follow established manufacturing procedures. Your main focus will be on:
• Being present at production shop floor to solve upcoming problems, prevent malfunctions, and seek for opportunities for improvements.
• Handling deviations and ensuring ongoing updating of instructions and procedures.
• Participating in introducing new products to the production line and training operators to the right standards.
• Running smaller projects making sure that we reach the proper qualification and validation level.
• Securing optimised performance of the production lines by following trends in improvement initiatives, optimization possibilities and LEAN activities within quality and productivity. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A master’s degree in natural science or chemical engineering. We welcome newly graduates and experienced professionals to apply.
• A solid understanding of production environment with production processes and equipment
• Experience with GMP, LEAN and Novo Nordisk manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge of optimisation strategies, Validation/qualification, audits/inspections, data utilisation within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English, Danish is a plus. On a personal level, you are proactive, committed, and passionate about delivering high quality to customers on the agreed time. With a curious and innovative mindset, you identify opportunities for improvement and can independently make decisions and stand by them. It is crucial to keep a positive mindset and to be flexible towards changes, while taking on any task that is presented in front of you.
The key to success in this role is to be a self-starter with excellent planning and organization-skills, abilities to set direction and prioritize accordingly. We welcome a new colleague who has strong leadership and communication skills, easily builds trusted relationships, and manages internal and external stakeholders. About the department The factory is a modern multipurpose factory and is expected to handle up to 8 different products in total on the two production lines You will become a part of our formulation team who is responsible for formulating all the products in the Biopharm Filling Factory (FF) in Kalundborg. The formulation delivers drug product to our two active filling lines with different Biopharm products. The number of approved products and the number of weekly batches are still growing.
The formulation team currently consists of 26 operators driving the day-to-day operation, where you will become a part of the academic team supporting them in their daily production. The supporting team is a new team of 9 supporters, its primary functions are to contribute to and to affect the processes of the operators, driving improvements and development of the formulation processes. The supporting team value an open and positive dialogue in our daily work, a key point to support each other to succeed.
