The position

As a Maintenance Senior Professional/Engineering, you are welcome to join the Single Dose Device (SDD) Technical Support Team in the Finished Goods department. You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety and longevity of the most modern assembly and packaging lines, in addition to collaborating with the operational team to take preventive actions and drive improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a professional with experience within data analysis and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation with particular focus on productivity, cost management and data-driven decision making. You will serve the team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Reliability Engineering program where you will need to develop plans to continuously improve maintenance & reliability processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop training program about Maintenance Reliability and ensure all mandatory training requirements for the team
• Develop & maintain SOPs & ensures all documentation meets GMP requirements
• Conduct Reliability assessments using FMECA & RCM to support the Reliability program development
• Continuously improve reliability processes & drive alignment & standardization across the site.
• Lead asset classification. Develop cost effective maintenance plans & spare parts stocking strategies to support 24/7 Operations
• Create metrics to visualize maintenance performance for stakeholders
• Establish, maintain & optimize Reliability master data within SAP, and provide input to site Risk Management Plan
• Perform Failure Analysis & Reporting & develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures, and drive continuous process improvements using cLEAN® and Six Sigma tools
You will be part of a larger network of people and can expect to collaborate with many different stakeholders at different levels a across the organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

• A Master’s degree within Engineering, Data Science, or similar, and minimum two years of experience within engineering field with a focus in instrument calibration, reliability or maintenance excellence.
• Maintenance & Reliability / Asset Management Accreditation l (CMRP, CRL, AMP) or equivalent preferred
• Reliability & PdM (Predictive Maintenance) training/certifications in at least one of the following: Vibration Analysis, Dynamic / Static Motor Testing, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasound, Laser Alignment, or Lubrication Analysis preferred
• Ability to read, write & understand P&IDs & standard operating procedures with attention to detail required
• Excellent computer skills: Demonstrated experience performing data analytics with CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) & spreadsheets - SAP PM, WM, MM, and QM modules, Excel, Power BI preferred
• Full proficiency in English Knowledgeable with Pharmaceutical / Chemical processing equipment & instrumentation preferred. It would be considered a strong advantage if you possess knowledge of Asset Management concepts such as: FMEA, RCM, PdM, CbM (Condition-based maintenance), Reliability by Design, PM(preventive maintenance) optimization, Root Cause Analysis, or failure Analysis. Experience with developing work plans, supervising execution, checking results & revising work plans is preferred as well.
