The Position As an Environmental Monitoring Supporter, you will join colleagues in our Utility & Environmental Monitoring (EM) Support team. We drive processes and documentation involving multiple stakeholders in the organization. Our team works in a structured manner and take ownership of the assignments. Your main focus will be on:
• Finding robust solutions to ensure the correct quality level.
• Writing Deviation and Change requests, as well as Quartal & yearly reports.
• Following up on performed cleaning and EM samples.
• Conducting GoLookSee (GLS) in the production, utilizing your curiosity.
• Spending time documenting activities to ensure readiness for inspections from health authorities. Qualifications The qualifications we value include:
• A master’s degree in Microbiology, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering or similar.
• Having experience in driving processes and documentation in a GMP regulated industry, but we also welcome newly graduates to apply.
• Knowledge within systematic problem-solving and a good eye for processes and optimization are considered a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English. On a personal level, you are proud of your strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner are also your strong suits. Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving are skills we like to build on in this team. Ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across functions and departments are key to success in this role. About the department The Support department is part of the dynamic Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) API DK FVII business area at Novo Nordisk. We produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients worldwide, with a focus on serving patients with Haemophilia and post-surgical bleedings. The Support department consists of approximately 75 colleagues who work together as one unit to ensure the highest quality standards.
