The Position As a Process Support Engineer, you will start by working on a project, i.e. running-in and validating processes. After this initial phase, you will become a part of our normal production team, with responsibility for a specific part of the process. We enjoy working in a dynamic and socially relaxed environment where humour, commitment, and unity are emphasized. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Supporting daily operations, maintaining stable processes, and facing all production challenges.
• Validating processes, implementing projects, optimizing standards.
• Developing and improving workflows.
• Being responsible for maintaining documentation and ensuring that our processes meet all relevant quality and compliance standards. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• An academic degree in mechanical engineering, technical chemistry, unit operations or a similar field.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant work experience in production but newly educated individuals are also welcome to apply.
• A strong quality and compliance mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English. On a personal level, you thrive in a dynamic environment where your decision-making ability is essential. While being structured, quality-conscious, and committed to your work, you complete tasks before the deadline and meet GMP requirements easily.
A positive attitude towards the challenges, the ability to work independently and as a team player across departments and organizations are key to success in this role. About the department In IM2 Recovery, you will join approximately 260 competent and dedicated colleagues spread across several teams. The department is on an exciting journey with many optimization projects. Currently, we have two production lines in one facility, and we are building another facility that will house a third production line.
