The position
You will work closely with the Supporters and Laboratory Technicians within the department and will be responsible for chemical and/or biochemical analysis of products. Your primary tasks will be: Responsible for several analyses at a given point of time. Analysis equipment linked to the methods. Drive minor improvement projects within the department. Required to perform various compliance tasks, updating instructions, and providing support to laboratories daily. Additionally, you will also support the Laboratory Technicians in their daily operations to ensure that the analytical performance and equipment live up to the industry standard. You can look forward to an exciting and varied working day where you have influence on your work and responsibility for ensuring that the team reach their targets. This could also be your opportunity to build a strong network within Novo Nordisk while developing your skills further. Qualifications
You will be a great asset in our team if you have: Master’s degree in pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or another relevant field within the Natural Sciences. Experience in a GMP regulated laboratory with equipment proficiency and IT skills. Experience working with one or more of the analysis techniques: ELISA, CLOT, Chromogenic assay, SDS PAGE or LAL is a must and knowledge of LIMS would be an advantage. Ideally experience with maintaining and qualifying equipment. Professional proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English. On a personal side, you have a quality mindset and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You work independently as a team player, with a structured approach. Moreover, you have a high level of energy to drive yourself and your colleagues forward along with being result oriented and taking pride in delivering on your milestones.

Biotech and Rare disease QC (BRD QC) in Kalundborg is a laboratory with high quality and LEAN standards. The department consists of 41 dedicated employees distributed in 2 teams, soon to be 4 teams. We perform a wide range of chemical and biological analyses on aseptically produced products and active pharmaceutical ingredients products.
