The Position As a Clean-room and HVAC Process Engineer, you will participate in project activities like design maturation, constructability and design review for our new pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Your main focus will be on:
  • Implementing best-in-class design standards from established pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities

  • Developing process and facility design

  • Integrating with engineering partners and collaborating with contractors while supervising their activities

  • Managing any project risks proactively and develop standards to ensure structure and transparency

  • Actively participating in building a competent user-organisation

  • Qualifications The qualifications we value include:
  • A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, nano technology, pharmaceutical process engineering or mechanical engineering

  • Experience within clean-room or HVAC-design and working in GMP regulated manufacturing (or similar)

  • Some project management experience from cross-organisational project assignments

  • Knowledge on technology trends within bulk manufacturing

  • Good communication skills in English

  • On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, can ride a storm off and are a dedicated motivator of others. You thrive in a multicultural environment that demands independence to make critical decisions. Building structure and having a skill to simplify certain things are key to thrive in this role.
