The position As a Project Manager, you will lead a number of projects and interact with both internal and external stakeholders across our production facility in Kalundborg, where your homebase is located as part of the Business Support department. Your team will consist of project members from the production site, and you will join an international and diverse team of dedicated project managers and validation engineers in our Project Management Office. Your main responsibilities will include: Lead implementation of projects in accordance with strategic goals and timelines Ownership of cross functional project teams, project metrics (Scope, time, plans, costs, etc.) Coordinate project execution and optimizing project performance. Identify and manage key stakeholders and steering groups related to your projects. Communicate project performance and progress to relevant stakeholders. Full-time presence at the workplace in Kalundborg during the week will be required in order to work closely with project team members and stakeholders. Qualifications You will be a great asset to our team because you have: An academic degree within Life sciences, engineering or similar. At least 4 years of experience working as a Project Manager, delivering projects with high business impact. Solid understanding of the Project Management toolbox. Knowledge within GMP and working with validated equipment is a strong advantage. Experience working with engineering firms, contractors, and/or manufacturers. Professional proficiency in oral and written English and Danish. As a professional, you are a confident communicator, comfortably addressing operators, managers and senior stakeholders and you have leadership skills. As a person you are reliable, loyal, structured and can motivate a team to deliver according to project objectives. You can lead through others and set clear objectives for a project team. You enjoy working according to tight deadlines and being a part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and used to think steps ahead of others. About the department The Project Management Office in Business Support, BRD FP is currently based in Gentofte and supporting three different sites Gentofte, Kirke Værløse and Kalundborg. The department holds 60 employees, and you will be part of a strong team with 8 committed colleagues and an experienced and supporting leader. Our Business Support unit supports the production areas in Gentofte, Kirke Værløse and Kalundborg with portfolio and project management, planning and scheduling, project controlling and validation.
