The Position
As a Process Supporter in CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sterilization In Place), you will have a central and cross-functional role as a link between production, support teams, and maintenance. Your primary focus will involve optimizing our FVII API process and ensuring the robust operation of cell cultivation and purification processes in line with CIP and SIP requirements and regulations. Additionally, you will play a vital role in daily troubleshooting, collaborating across diverse professional groups to ensure a streamlined production process. Your main responsibilities will include: Ensuring that equipment is ready in the required condition so that API production. Daily follow-up with operators to ensure control and compliance with regulatory expectations. Maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety, including reporting and participating in inspections by authorities. Understanding and communicating the process you are responsible for, including training operators, laboratory technicians, and craftsmen
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in natural science, health related field, mechanical engineering or similar. Understanding of basic chemistry and microbiology A knack for equipment and process. Experience with CIP / SIP systems is a plus. Fluency in English, knowledge of Danish is advantageous. API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Denmark is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, we are more than 600 colleagues working together to manufacture the API used in life-saving medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced chemical and biotechnological processes such as cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. We bring value to our patients by providing the cleanest possible high-quality API made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) while constantly optimising our processes.
