The activities will take place at our Kalundborg site, which is Novo Nordisk's hub for API manufacturing. As Training Supporter, you will drive and develop learning activities to ensure the most effective onboarding process and compliant training to trainees and employees. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: • Design and develop training solutions
• Proactively drive and anchor project-related training
• Drive trainee knowledge sharing
• Ensure inspection readiness and participate in inspections
• Coordinate administrative tasks within training, such as assignment/de-assignment and review of changes. Additionally, bring modern work tools into training, such as apps, animation, and video to improve future training setups Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: • Minimum 2 years experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation
• 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP)
• Knowledge about learning technologies, content development and digital savvy as user of IT-systems • Able to deal with a large amount of content and divide it into smaller parts to create learning journeys
• You are fluent in Danish and English both written and verbally On a personal level, you have strong communication skills that enable you to build relationships and establish trust and commitment from all stakeholders. You approach problems with an investigative and analytical mindset, seeking to understand them firsthand and determine how competence development can contribute to the solution. Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities, and ability to execute projects independently and proactively ensure that value is added where it matters and within deadlines.
