Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy and excel in documentation and are you able to overview the life cycle of productions systems? Do you have an automation background, and do you have experience in GxP documentation practices? Then this position within our Data, Digitalisation & IT organisation (DD&IT PS FPM) is for you. Don’t hesitate and apply! The position As our new IT responsible, you will be responsible for making sure that the IT part of our production equipment are in compliance. You manage and overview the full life cycle from system development, system maintenance and operation, compliance, incident and change management and finally to retirement of systems. You will ensure optimal processes according to relevant regulatory authorities (GxP) and take responsibility for system documentation, system change management and security management. Your role includes ensuring that the systems are compliant with relevant internal SOPs and guidelines as well as external requirements. Furthermore, you will supervise that appropriate testing is in place ensuring that IT requirements are met. You will also represent IT part of the systems in connection with audits and inspections. Qualifications To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree within science, engineering, business or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with quality documentation and minimum 5 years of experience in IT in total.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English and Danish.
  • Ability to independently review and approve protocols and technical documents.
  • Knowledge within areas such as IT frameworks and system development lifecycles including validation of computer systems, operation and maintenance will be an advantage.
  • As a person, you are open minded and positive by nature. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and you like to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. You are used to collaborating and communicating across different professional areas and you have the capability of handling a high workload without losing the overview. About the department You will be a part of a Quality team with highly skills colleagues all having focus on ensuring that we at all times are audit ready. The team is anchored in the Digital, Data & IT-organization –which support Finich Product Manufacturing. The department provides support for the packing facility in Kalundborg, Gentofte and Værløse in Denmark (DK). You will be able to work out of our office in both Kalundborg and Kirke Værløse/DK, it is an onsite position.
