Are you an experienced leader with an eye for the long-term goal and a passion for operational excellence? Have you mastered building and guiding diverse teams as well as programme and project management? Lead Associate Managers by whom you build up the operational organisation for our fermentation and recovery facilities Develop your organisation to be well-prepared to operate our newly established manufacturing facilities Together with the project management team, define our strategy for operational readiness Drive execution and deployment of the strategy through track leads Monitor and drive progress according to agreed deliverables and deadlines You will be involved in a broad range of tasks, including reporting to senior management, leading problem-solving, and adjusting strategies to a changing environment. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Holds an academic degree within Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or another similar field Has a leadership background preferably within the pharmaceutical or technical supply industry. However, other relevant highly regulated industries will also be considered Has a data-based approach to decision-making Is fluent in both spoken and written English. Fluency in Danish would be an advantage As a person, you have excellent relationship-building skills and a positive attitude. You are acknowledged for solving complex business challenges to everyone’s satisfaction with the long term in mind. You understand that you can only succeed by empowering your team to find solutions to challenges. You provide clear direction and follow-up to ensure agreements are kept and deadlines are met. About the department The Senior Manager Operational Readiness is part of the M3 project, ’s largest investment project to date. The project is located in Kalundborg, Denmark, where we design and build future API facilities as multi-product facilities. The M3 team is a diverse group of approximately 300 talented colleagues from over 30 different national backgrounds.
