We are seeking a dedicated Training Partner to join our team in Purification Plant 5 (PPV), our brand new facility in Product Supply, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) Kalundborg, at Novo Nordisk. Apply today for a life-changing career! The Position As a Training Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance data.
  • Onboard training managers and end-users, establishing a strong training culture within the organization.
  • Work closely with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet the needs of the business and employees.
  • You can look forward to collaborating within the organization to develop effective learning strategies, and to working closely with local trainers to ensure successful implementation. You will be a part of a highly engaged team of Training partners and Training Coordinators. Qualifications We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
  • Academic degree preferred in Education, Human Resources or another field supplemented with sufficient experience with learning theory.
  • Some years of experience in training development and delivery. Possibly within education (workplace learning), behavioral economics, and/or similar experience with training or learning in a regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in training software and tools (e.g. ISOtrain).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Applying a structured approach to task management
  • Have a strong understanding of the training value chain and its impact on the training systems
  • Fluent English and communicative Danish skills are mandatory.
  • As a person, you are proactive, capable of being detail-oriented but still having the overview to prioritise the task. You can work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others. You have strong interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships across the organization. You have a strong LEAN and quality mindset. You can use knowledge and skills within learning and human behavior to understand and solve business problems and challenges. About the Department You will join Purification Plant V (PPV) in Kalundborg, Denmark. We are a team of approximately 250 colleagues, working across several departments and teams to finalize the first process line, which will soon begin operations. We will produce future products for Novo Nordisk, playing a key role in Novo Nordisk’s social responsibility strategy. Our work supports the delivery of significant quantities to third-world countries.
