The PositionAs a Senior Process Engineer, your job will be to contribute to continuous stable operations and quality in the production, as we support the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) production. Our department Utility & Solvents provides support to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient's production departments within the areas: process optimisation, troubleshooting and daily operations.In this role, we offer opportunities for personal and professional development. • Working in clean utility (water, steam, nitrogen).
• Working in our team to support both production, projects across the factory and projects in our own department.
• Reprioritise between work assignments.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have:
• A master’s degree in natural science or similar field.
• Strong experience with clean utility within production facilities.
• Experience in a regulated production and have a deep understanding of legislative and quality demands.
• Experience within the areas of GMP, Projects and LEAN, which will be considered a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Danish.As a person, you are data-oriented, decisive and have methodical structured approach towards work. Finding comfort in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment is essential part of the role.About the DepartmentM1 (API Manufacturing I) is one of the world’s largest insulin API facilities and is one of the largest production sites in [xxxxx]. Our department Utility & Solvents consist of around 80 employees who handle supplies of raw materials and solvents for the production. The department is organised in several teams including a support team which main responsibility is the various process and utility plants that supply the 4 production lines of the factory. We are a team of 15 colleagues with a scientific background.About Site KalundborgAt [xxxxx] manufacturing hub in Kalundborg, we are growing. From[xxxxx]we will invest 60 billion DKK to expand existing facilities for the current and future portfolio within serious chronic diseases. This will establish additional capacity across the entire global value chain from manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) to packaging, with the vast majority being invested in API capacity. With the investment, more than 1200 new jobs will be created.
